State-required asbestos re-inspections of schools
All public and private schools that provide education from kindergarten through twelfth grade are required by both federal and state regulations to have a current asbestos management plan. In order to keep the plan current, the regulations require the schools to conduct a "surveillance" of the asbestos materials every six months and to have an inspection completed by a licensed asbestos inspector every three years. Wonder Makers Environmental has trained and experienced inspectors to assist school districts in their compliance efforts related to asbestos rules.

Methamphetamine laboratory clean-up services
Wonder Makers Environmental assists building owners in assessing the condition of their property after a clandestine drug laboratory has been shut down. We offer pre-assessment sampling, work plan development, and post-clean up sampling and documentation to verify that the cleaning has been effective.
We also offer training to contractors who are interested in learning how to remove methamphetamine residue from building structures. The classes are tailored to the specific needs of each contractor based on their previous experience.

Bioaerosol analysis
Wonder Makers Environmental, Inc. has devoted significant energy in recent years to indoor air quality (IAQ) issues. Part of our commitment to IAQ issues involves staffing and equipping a laboratory devoted to microscopic bioaerosol analysis. Bioaerosols are biological particles in the atmosphere, like mold and pollen. Typical bioaerosol analysis also classifies and quantifies other organic and inorganic particulate matter.
