It may be a witticism, but it is true: "if you think education is expensive try ignorance".  For many years we debated having Wonder Makers come to Idaho Falls to present a class specifically for our employees on mold remediation. While the cost of the training and travel for the instructor was a consideration, the far bigger expense was the billable time lost by employees and the disruption to our schedule/clients. A desire to improve all 16 of our technicians skills in the forensic restoration field is what pushed us to act as we were able to arrange for two classes back to back with one trip.

What we learned under the tutorship of Michael was amazing. Even in the mold remediation class, an area where we have extensive experience, we were flooded with new information that helped make sense of our efforts. Having Wonder Makers (Michael & Susan Pinto) explain the forensic restoration guidelines and then lead us in practicing their application gave us confidence that we can serve this important piece of the market with the same high-quality that we offer in other segments of the restoration industry. My only regret about the entire experience is that we delayed it as long as we did.

Thank you Susan & Michael for an amazing company experience.
