Since the certification process is utilized by various insurance companies as part of their company review/underwriting, it is critical for us to have certification and quiz documents with original signatures. Therefore, this is how the procedure for receiving your certificate works:

1. After we receive your order, you will be emailed a Certification Form. 
2. Send the completed and signed Certification Form back to info@wondermakers.com
3. After we receive the form, you will be emailed the quiz
4. You will have 3 days to send the quiz back to info@wondermakers.com
5. A certificate will be emailed after we receive the signed and completed quiz

If you have ordered and are proctoring more than one quiz, we will send you multiple versions with further instructions on how to proceed with the quiz process.
