Products and orders

Our products are professional sampling tools and supplies intended for use by trained industrial hygienists, environmental professionals, and qualified personnel. We make reasonable efforts to describe products and pricing accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images, pricing, or availability are error-free, and we may correct errors and update information at any time without notice.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, decline, or cancel any order, including after an order confirmation has been sent.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping options, costs, and estimated timeframes are presented at checkout. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control.

Returns

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at info@wondermakers.com. Certain items may be non-returnable or subject to restocking fees. Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our return practices in effect at the time of purchase.

Proper use of products

Sampling and analytical results depend on proper technique, handling, and interpretation, which are your responsibility.
